acceptance.

by using honeygram labs you agree to these terms. honeygram labs builds ai tools for text, image, video, and voice. these terms cover access, use, payment, and termination.

eligibility.

you must be at least 16 years old to use our services. users under 18 require consent from a parent or legal guardian.

accounts.

you are responsible for keeping your credentials safe and for any activity that happens through your account.

subscriptions and payment.

we offer a free tier and a premium plan billed weekly, monthly, or yearly. the premium plan includes monthly credits for premium actions. unused monthly credits do not roll over. bonus credits granted outside the monthly allotment do not expire.

subscriptions renew automatically until you cancel. cancellation stops future renewals; access continues until the end of the current period.

prohibited conduct.

you must not use our tools to:

• create or share child sexual abuse material.
• create or share sexually explicit, abusive, or exploitative content.
• harass, threaten, or impersonate other people.
• create content that impersonates real individuals, public figures, or other people without their explicit consent.
• generate misleading, fraudulent, or deceptive content.
• circumvent content moderation, rate limits, or other safety features.
• infringe copyright, trademark, or other intellectual property rights.
• violate the terms of service of any third-party platform.
• create or distribute malware.
• attempt unauthorized access to any system.
• use bots or automation to scrape, abuse, or evade limits.
• violate any applicable law.

content.

you own the content you generate through our tools, subject to these terms and our prohibited-conduct rules. you grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to host, process, and back up your content as needed to operate the service.

termination.

you can delete your account at any time. we may suspend or terminate access for violations of these terms. termination does not entitle you to a refund unless covered by our refund policy.

dmca.

if you believe content infringes your copyright, send a takedown notice to hello@honeygram.ai with the work, the location of the infringement, and your contact details.

liability.

our tools are provided as-is. to the extent permitted by law, our total liability is capped at the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim arose.

governing law.

these terms are governed by the laws of germany. honeygram labs is operated as a sole proprietorship by mago amaev (einzelunternehmen, germany).
