refunds.

subscriptions.

you can request a full refund within thirty days of your initial purchase. no fees, no questions asked.

after thirty days, refunds for partial periods are not available. cancellation stops future renewals; access continues until the end of the current billing period.

automatic renewals.

renewal charges are evaluated case-by-case if requested within forty-eight hours of the renewal date and usage during the renewed period is minimal.

duplicate charges.

duplicate or accidental charges are refunded in full once verified.

credits.

credit purchases are non-refundable once redeemed. unused credits do not expire while your account is active.

how to request a refund.

email hello@honeygram.ai with:

  • the email address on the account.
  • the date and amount of the charge.
  • the reason for the request.

we respond within three to five business days. cancelling a subscription does not automatically trigger a refund — please request one explicitly.
